- Know the credentials (like license and specialty) of your Healthcare Provider.
- Receive information about the cost of services.
2. Your Health Information Privacy (HIPAA)
Your health information privacy is protected by federal law (HIPAA). When you receive care, your Healthcare Provider is responsible for protecting your Protected Health Information (PHI).
- You have rights regarding your PHI, such as accessing your medical records and requesting corrections.

- To exercise your HIPAA rights concerning your PHI, please contact your Healthcare Provider directly. They manage your medical records.

When interacting with Healthcare Providers through our Platform, you have the right to:

- Participate in decisions about your treatment with your Healthcare Provider.
- Refuse treatment, after discussing the potential consequences with your Healthcare Provider.
- Receive care without discrimination.
4. Your TELEDOCTOR OnCall Account & Communications
Regarding your direct interactions and account with TELEDOCTOR OnCall:
- You can generally access and update your TELEDOCTOR OnCall account information.
- You can manage your preferences for receiving non-essential communications (like marketing) from TELEDOCTOR OnCall.
5. Feedback & Concerns
